Payments

All invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Work is billed per hour unless a fixed project price has been agreed in writing.

Software and digital services are delivered electronically.
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and availability.

Digital services cannot be refunded once work has been delivered.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
